While cities are happy that electrical bicycles result in more people taking a bicycle and often for longer distances, their increased weight does pose a problem for many bike parkings.
Due to fashion, robustness and to deal with the heavier weight, electrical bicycles and off-the-road bicycles are sometimes equipped with wider tires. If that is the case with your customers or in your city, then you can now order our Sliding Racks with a width of 70mm instead of the standard 55mm.
As you can see in the picture above, you can even order the Sliding Racks with 2 wheels to handle bicycles with a weight of up to 50kg (most electric bicycles weigh 20 to 28 kg).
Our Lifting Pillars are now also available in two versions: the usual version for bicycles from 15 to 22 kg or for heavier bicycles from 22 to 30 kg. Because the pillars come in different colours (yellow or black top), they are easy to distinguish.
